FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Chicken sauces start from 500kg, other sauces from 200kg. For first-time orders, small test batches can be arranged upon discussion.
Can you adjust the flavor (spiciness, sweetness, etc.)?
Yes, for OEM orders we can adjust spiciness, sweetness, umami, viscosity, and more to your specifications. We also customize flavors for specific export markets.
Is there a charge for samples?
Samples based on existing recipes are provided free of charge. For new recipe development, costs are discussed separately depending on complexity.
Do you export internationally?
Yes, our standard terms are FOB, and CIF can be arranged. We currently export to China, Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, Russia, Australia, and the USA.
Do you provide label and packaging design?
For OEM orders, we can apply your brand label. If you provide the label design, we handle printing and application.
